    All competitions are:<\/p>

    • Performance-based<\/p><\/li>

    • Fixed-entry and fixed-prize<\/p><\/li>

    • Free from chance, odds, or gambling mechanics<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      FC1V1 is not a gambling or betting service<\/strong>.<\/p>

      FC1v1 is an independent competitive gaming platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc. or EA Sports. EA SPORTS FC\u2122, FIFA\u2122, and all related trademarks are the property of their respective owners. FC1v1 simply provides a platform for players to organize competitive matches.<\/p>

      3. Eligibility & Accounts<\/strong><\/h2>

      To participate, users must:<\/p>

      • Provide accurate personal information<\/p><\/li>

      • Use a valid EA ID<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

      • Play on supported platforms only (PS5, Xbox Series X|S, or PC)<\/p><\/li>

      • Follow all match rules and fair-play standards<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Providing false information may result in disqualification or suspension.<\/p>

        4. Competitions & Match Rules<\/strong><\/h2>

        By entering any competition, you agree to:<\/p>

        • Follow all published match rules<\/p><\/li>

        • Play matches via Online Friendlies only<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

        • Use club or international teams only<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

        • Respect match duration and penalty rules<\/p><\/li>

        • Adhere to start times and match windows<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          Failure to comply may result in forfeiture.<\/p>

          5. Match Initiation & No-Show Policy<\/strong><\/h2>

          • Either player may send the friend request to begin a match.<\/p><\/li>

          • The first-listed player is marked as the Match Initiator<\/strong> and is encouraged to take the lead.<\/p><\/li>

          • If a match does not begin within the allocated timeframe:<\/p>

            • Both players\u2019 entries will be forfeited<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

              A player who fails to appear online, respond, or engage within the timeframe may be considered a no-show.<\/p>

              6. Payments, Fees & Payouts<\/strong><\/h2>

              • All entry fees are clearly displayed before confirmation.<\/p><\/li>

              • Platform fees are fixed and transparent.<\/p><\/li>

              • Prizes are fixed and disclosed upfront.<\/p><\/li>

              • Payouts are processed after match verification.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                FC1V1 is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details provided by users.<\/p>

                7. Refunds & Forfeitures<\/strong><\/h2>

                • Entry fees are non-refundable<\/strong> once a competition begins.<\/p><\/li>

                • Forfeited entries due to no-shows, rule breaches, or non-engagement are final.<\/p><\/li>

                • If FC1V1 cancels a competition, affected entries may be carried forward or refunded at our discretion.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                  8. Fair Play & Conduct<\/strong><\/h2>

                  Users must not:<\/p>

                  • Exploit glitches or bugs<\/p><\/li>

                  • Manipulate results<\/p><\/li>

                  • Harass or abuse opponents<\/p><\/li>

                  • Share false evidence<\/p><\/li>

                  • Impersonate other players<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                    FC1V1 reserves the right to suspend or ban users who violate fair-play standards.<\/p>

                    9. Moderation & Disputes<\/strong><\/h2>

                    • Moderators review disputes impartially.<\/p><\/li>

                    • Players may be asked to provide screenshots or evidence.<\/p><\/li>

                    • Moderator decisions are final.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                      FC1V1 aims to resolve disputes fairly and efficiently.<\/p>

                      10. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h2>

                      All content on FC1V1, including:<\/p>

                      • Logos<\/p><\/li>

                      • Branding<\/p><\/li>

                      • Graphics<\/p><\/li>

                        is the property of FC1V1 and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.<\/p>
