🔁 FC1v1 Refund Policy

At FC1v1, we aim to provide a fair, competitive, and transparent gaming experience. By entering any competition or match on FC1v1, you agree to the refund policy outlined below:

✅ When Refunds ARE Granted

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
✔ If a match or competition is cancelled by FC1v1
✔ If a player is unable to be matched within the scheduled competition timeframe
✔ If there is a technical or platform error on FC1v1 that prevents the match from taking place
✔ If there is a duplicate or accidental payment
✔ If an entry is affected by an administrative or bracket error
✔ If a competition is postponed indefinitely without a confirmed reschedule

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time may vary depending on the player’s bank or card provider (typically 5–10 business days)

❌ When Refunds Are NOT Granted

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
❌ Player loses a match
❌ Player fails to show up for a scheduled match (No-Show)
❌ Player does not respond, accept friend requests, or appear online within the allocated timeframe
❌ Player disconnects due to personal internet or device issues
❌ Player violates competition rules
❌ Player changes their mind after entry or after brackets are live
❌ Player is disqualified for rule breaches
❌ Match begins but is abandoned due to player fault

All entries are final once the competition bracket is live.

⚖️ Disputes & Review Process

All refund requests are reviewed by FC1v1 moderators.
Players may be asked to provide supporting evidence such as:
• Screenshots
• Match history
• Connection proof
• Chat logs

FC1v1 reserves the right to make the final decision on all disputes and refund requests.

💳 Refund Method

All refunds are processed back to the original payment method (card, wallet, etc.) used during checkout.
Partial refunds may be issued in certain cases at FC1v1’s discretion.

🛡️ Chargebacks & Abuse

Chargebacks or abuse of the refund system may result in:
• Account suspension
• Entry bans
• Permanent restriction from FC1v1 competitions

We encourage players to contact FC1v1 support before initiating any chargeback with their bank.
